ARRM is excited to welcome Savannah Hanley to the team as the new member services manager.
As the Member Services Manager she will be the leader of managing relations with ARRM’s membership. She will be in charge of member relations, the website, profiles, meetings, etc.; basically anything that involves the members and membership, she will play an active role in. Savannah is the main contact for our office and will be there to provide support to anyone who walks in.
Savannah will also be focusing on enhancing ARRM’s database and information management to better support members and their needs. This not only includes keeping our systems updated with membership information, but also connecting with members and organizations on what they want out of being a member with ARRM. She is the advocate for members and will seek to build relationships with all members because it helps her and you!
Savannah has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Rasmussen College. Prior to working for ARRM she served as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for St. Paul BOMA, also a non-profit trade association. She’s worked with websites, events, member relations, and communications on a very similar scale.
