Nancy Peterson, ARRM's director of member services and education, met with members from Range Center, Inc. and Northern Habilitative Services in September to hear their concerns and share information about legislative changes. Also at the meeting was DFL state Senator David Tomassoni who represents District 5. A photographer from the Chisholm Tribune captured the meeting below.
Peterson regularly travels around the state to visit ARRM members, where she provides supplementary information and solicits member feedback. Personalized outreach activities are currently a cornerstone of the association's member retention strategy.
