The Arc Minnesota has been honored as a finalist for Minnesota Council of Nonprofits’ Nonprofit Mission Award for Advocacy. Each year one organization is chosen to be recognized for its effective and unique roles of nonprofit organizations. The award recipient has:

• Implemented an effective advocacy strategy;
• Demonstrated success in its advocacy efforts; and
• A significant impact on the organization's constituency
