Minnetonka, MN, June 6, 2011 - Hammer Residences, Inc. will be hosting their annual fundraiser on Thursday, July 21 from 5-9:00 pm at BMW of Minnetonka. Reach for Ralph: A Vintage Evening of Culture, Cars and Cocktails will benefit the individuals with developmental disabilities who Hammer serves. The evening, hosted by Rena Sarigianopoulos of KARE 11, will have an early 60's Madmen-style theme.
BMW of Minnetonka, home of the largest indoor showroom in the world, will be the stage for the evening's festivities. One of the highlights will be a classic car show with each car attended by a fashion model in vintage garb from Circa Vintage of Wayzata. Miss Minnesota 2011, Brittany Thelemann, will be the celebrity judge for the car show.
Other highlights include live jazz vocals by Nancy Harms, a retro photo shoot with vintage dress options, silent/live auctions, a wall of wine, cash bar and nostalgic food. A short program will feature Hammer CEO, Tim Nelson, and friends. Vintage attire suggested but not required for guests.
VIP tickets are available and include a 30-minute Retro Cocktail Class with tastings, a free drink and a gift bag. During the Cocktail Classes, mixologists will help individuals mix some of our favorite Madmen-inspired drinks.
